Competitive Tennis
Usk Tennis Club has a strong reputation for competitive tennis, regularly entering 4 men’s teams, 2 ladies’ teams, and a mixed team in the Gwent League, with continued success across both league and cup competitions.
Since appointing its first club coach in 2004, the club has gone from strength to strength. In 2006, Usk Tennis Club was proudly named Tennis Wales’ ‘Club of the Year’, recognising the club’s commitment to development, coaching, and community tennis.
The club also competes in the prestigious South Wales Summer Doubles League, where both the men’s and ladies’ teams achieved rapid promotions following their introduction to the competition.
