The Junior Football Club
Our Junior Football Club offers a friendly, welcoming, and fun environment where young players can learn, grow, and develop a lifelong love for the game. We focus on creating a positive atmosphere where every child feels included, valued, and supported—regardless of their experience or ability.
An Environment where every player can thrive
We are a well-established and growing club, providing football opportunities for children from Under 6 through to Under 12 age groups for the 2025–26 season. Our structured pathway allows young players to progress naturally through the age groups, developing their skills and confidence year after year.
With over 100 registered players, our club continues to thrive as part of the local football community. All teams compete in organised mini-football within the Monmouthshire Junior League, giving players the chance to enjoy regular matches in a fun, safe, and supportive environment.
We pride ourselves on offering high-quality coaching, encouraging participation at all levels, and creating an atmosphere where every child can develop a love for the game while being part of a team.
Training and Important Information
Registration for the upcoming season opens in June/July, giving families plenty of time to secure their place ahead of the new season kicking off in September.
Training sessions take place every Tuesday evening throughout the season (excluding school holidays), providing players with regular opportunities to develop their skills, build confidence, and enjoy the game in a structured and supportive environment.
Matches are played on Sunday mornings (excluding school holidays), where players can put their training into practice in organised, competitive fixtures within a fun and encouraging setting. These match days are a key part of the football experience, helping children learn teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship while representing the club.
